At WearFolk, your satisfaction always comes first. If anything about your order isn't right, we've designed our return and refund process to be as simple and transparent as possible.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Reach out: Email info@wearfolk.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you detailed return instructions.
Step 2 — Repack the item: Place the product securely in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Step 3 — Ship it back: Send your return to our warehouse: 20600 NW 47th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33055, USA.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. For a return to qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused and remains in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included with the return
  • The return request is submitted within the 30-day window

We are unable to accept items that show signs of use, were damaged by the customer, or were sent back without prior authorization from our team.

Zero Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. Whatever the reason for your return, your refund is processed in full with no restocking deductions.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Defective or incorrect items: WearFolk covers 100% of the return shipping costs — you pay nothing.
Change of mind or buyer's remorse: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

After your return arrives at our warehouse, our team inspects it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. Please note that processing times can vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item along with your order number. We'll make it right promptly — at no cost to you.
